However, it differers from the training guide, in that its personalized programming is contingent on the client's goals, experience, training style, and environment training in. Workout programs are changed every 4-6 weeks depending on development, and other progress markers. A suggested sample macro count will be provided complimentary to apply to the regiment to maximize results as well as other uploaded videos and/or resources for education and motivation. Great program for learning the basics and getting back moving and active at home or in the gym all the way to advanced movements and training styles. Give yourself the foundation if you just starting out, or if you have been at it awhile, step up and switch up your training style to get over that "plateau" you think you at!
